Health coaching is about focusing on your vision, understanding your skills, abilities, and strengths. ​Together we'll find the solutions that work for you, creating healthy habits for whole-life benefits in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, stress management and more.


This isn't about quick results.  It is a process, and it will require getting uncomfortable at times as you grow and challenge your current ways. However, it is a fun creative process that is about lifelong, sustainable lifestyle and behavior changes.

PERSONAL TRAINER AND COACH

As your certified professional trainer, I will work with you to establish your physical goals, explore your strengths and weaknesses, and explore all aspects of your family and work life to come up with a custom plan that works for you. Most of my training is geared toward everyday athletes who want to continue training and moving well as they age.  Utilizing current research, theories, and my 14 years experience as a trainer, I will work with you to design the best plan for you.

ACCOUNTABILITY

I will be your ally and accountability partner as you work through this process many times over.  Growth is uncomfortable.  I will be there you support you through the challenges, and to make sure you celebrate your wins.
